Shipping policy

All items available for purchase as a pre-order will be explicitly identified in the product description. Standard, non-pre-order inventory follows our regular processing timeline.

When pre order products are ordered they enter production only after an order is placed.

• Production & Shipping Window: Pre-order items take 1 to 2 months to be manufactured, processed, and shipped to your address.

• Business Days: Production and fulfillment schedules strictly exclude weekends and official holidays.

• Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details as soon as your completed order leaves our facility.
